Our modern conference and seminar rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with carpeted floors and soundproof ceilings. They are well-lit by daylight and can be blacked out to 100 percent. The conference rooms are particularly suitable for product presentations.
The rooms are equipped for an occupancy of 10 to 150 people. You can choose between the seating options "parliamentarian", "block-form" and "cinema". A trainer room for smaller groups consisting of up to six people is also available at the KIM HOTEL DRESDEN. Direct access to the outside terrace provides for a magnificent view over Dresden and a variable organization of breaks. Naturally, we also provide for the catering at conference breaks for your participants.
A perfectly organized conference would not be complete without modern technical equipment. A data projector with remote control, screen, speaker's desk, flip chart, pin board and on request an overhead projector belong to the basic technical equipment and are included in the room rental fee or conference package. Furthermore, a DVD player and a sound system with wireless microphone are available at a lending fee. On request, we gladly arrange for additional technical equipment.
