Despite the quiet location of the KIM HOTEL IM PARK, our guests do not have to spare flexibility and mobility. Not far from the hotel, there are the stops of the Dresden transport services (Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe). With bus and tram you can reach the city centre of Dresden quickly and effortlessly. You can purchase tickets at our hotel reception. On request, we gladly arrange as well for our driving and transfer service.

Due to the favorable location on the city's outskirts, you reach the KIM HOTEL IM PARK effortlessly from the Autobahn exit A17 Dresden-Gorbitz, via the B173 in direction of Dresden. The B173 in direction of Freiberg/Wilsdruff leads from the city centre of Dresden to the KIM HOTEL IM PARK. Free parking spaces are located directly at the hotel.

Like the KIM HOTEL DRESDEN, the KIM HOTEL IM PARK was built in the middle of the 1990s on initiative of Rudolf Kimmerle who contributed to the positive urban development of the western part of Dresden with his housing and building company.
